Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.

Returned items must be in new, unused, unopened condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, so they can be resold. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping and delivery. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it properly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made and bulk-purchased items are not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
